PREMISE (from the game description page):

You work at a hotel in a small city near a convenient highway junction. Hotel management books all sorts of conventions, trade shows, and niche interest conferences. Due to scheduling oversight or bureaucratic apathy, this weekend the hotel will host both a dog show AND a gun show.

How hard will it be to keep up with the demands of two conventions? Will either or both be particularly demanding or challenging? Will they step on each other's toes?

Will the chaos push you to your limits, or give you an opportunity -- perhaps to shine, perhaps to get away with something?

Finally, in the end, will you say to management, "Never again!" or, "Looking forward to next year!"?

HOW TO PLAY (1 of 2):
You should see arrows below. Click left to go back, right to go forward, or X to skip, undo, or remove something from the game.
Anyone can X anything that's going to mess up the play experience for them, no questions asked, no explanations needed.

HOW TO PLAY (2 of 2):
Take turns, with one player clicking forward, reading a question card aloud, responding to it, soliciting input from others as desired, and then announcing when they're finished.

Once you've finished all (15 / 30 / 45) question cards, you'll get to the Final Card, which concludes the game.

Which convention's leadership do you loathe more? Why?

Which convention's attendees do you loathe more? Why?

The conventions are over, and you're all cleaning up. Management asks for your feedback. Should we do this again next year? Each player should answer.

These conventions are very distracting for your bosses and colleagues. What do you try to get away with while they're busy?

CHARACTER CREATION:
Now, go around the table, with each player creating a character by inventing or picking a name and answering these two questions:

What's one thing you love about working at the hotel?
What's one thing you hate about working at the hotel?

Once everyone has done that, you're ready to begin play. Click forward to the first question card.

Some names: Alex, Morgan, Dana, Jordan, Riley, Tyler, Genesis, Maria, Carlos, Chen, Grace, Sana, Akhilesh, Kareem, Jasmine, Mr. Danforth, Ms. Silva, Skippy, Junior, Huck, Possum, Gator, Itchy, J.J., Frolf

What is your connection to the hotel manager and why haven't they fired you yet?

Why do you refuse to go into the hotel basement?

Who on the hotel staff do you really admire, and how do you express that?

Who on the hotel staff do you hold in absolute contempt, and how do you express that?

In setting up for the conventions, you have been assigned a task that is really unfair. What is it?

What did you used to do before you worked here, that you haven't told anyone about?

You know the hotel manager's dirty secret. What is it, and what do you do with that information?

You wish you could enter your dog in the dog show, but the rules say you can't. How do you handle this?

There's someone hanging around the hotel who isn't part of either convention. They might be here to take advantage of the guests. What do you suspect them of being up to?

One of the guests comes down to the desk late at night and talks about how unhappy they are in their marriage. The guest is attractive but also a little intimidating. They suggest going somewhere private. What do you do?

One of the guests looks like your long-lost family member, but they don't show any sign of recognizing you. You get an opportunity to approach them. What do you do, and what happens?

One of the hotel staff knows something that could probably get you fired. Who, and what is it?

You gonna eat that muffin?

What hotel issue threatens to ruin the conventions before they even begin? How do you help save the day? Which staff member(s) do you piss off in the process?

As guests check into the hotel, a fight threatens to break out. Who's fighting, and what's it about? How do you intervene (or do you at all)?

A guest slips you a hundred dollar bill during check-in. What request do they make, and how do you respond?

A hotel staff member has done something that has drastically changed your opinion of them. What was it, and how do you feel about them now?

One of the guests has died. How did this happen?

A guest accuses you of witchcraft and of hexing their dog to not win Best in Show. They demand that you make things right. How do you respond?

You have a prophetic dream that if Yorkshire terrier Sir Yorkiston III wins Best in Show, you will die. How seriously do you take this? What action(s) do you take?

You see a perfect opportunity to ruin something another staff member loves. What is the love? What is the opportunity, and do you take it?

A guest attending one of the conventions wants to have a multi-hour conversation with you about politics while you are on duty and can't leave the desk. They are superficially friendly, but hold views you abhor, and refuse to shut up or leave. How do you deal with this?

A pipe backs up and is about to flood one of the convention halls with foul-smelling gas. You're the first one to understand the problem, and you can close one valve or the other. Which convention hall do you flood with unbearable stench, dog show or gun show? How do they react?

The police show up and ask if you've seen any suspicious activity. Who do you throw under the bus?

One of the gun show attendees goes on an angry rant and scares a lot of people. Later, you answer a call for room service and find them passed out in their room, their gun lying next to them. You could probably shoot someone with that gun and leave this person to take the fall. Who would you most like to shoot? Do you?

Someone tried to burn down the hotel. Who was it, and why?

Someone calls the front desk, and you answer. They claim they have planted a bomb and will detonate it unless Yorkshire terrier Sir Yorkiston III wins Best in Show. What do you do?

You saw a guest smashing another guest's vehicle. Why are you hesitant to report this? Do you do it anyway?

What are you hoping to do once you've saved up enough money to quit this job?

One attendee (or small group of attendees) fills you with rage. Why? Do you take action, and if so, what do you do?

You could accomplish something you've been wanting to do for a while now, if you just had one person to help. What is it, and who on the hotel staff do you ask?

Why were those guests crossing themselves in your presence? Who on the hotel staff saw this and is now looking at you differently?

You see an opportunity to steal the Best in Show trophy. What do you do?

You see an opportunity to steal a shitload of guns and ammo. What do you do?

You catch another staff member doing something totally legal but really weird. What is it? Do you give them a respectful nod, shame them, or join in?

Who's the worst guest you've interacted with this weekend? Who do you complain to about them?

You and another staff member feel oppositely about one of the conventions. Who, and which one? What do you do in hopes of swaying them to your point of view?

Why has this weekend been transformative for you? What new path are you now planning to pursue?

The convention is over and you discover that a guest has left a giant bag of all sorts of illegal drugs behind. What do you do with it?

The attendees of one convention destroyed a local feature that you were fond of. What was it, and what happened?
